Tuesday, February 5 is National Pancake Day and IHOP is celebrating by offering a short stack to everyone who walks in their door, on the house. All they ask is that you leave a donation (and a tip for your server) for Children's Miracle Network Hospitals, an organization that raises funds for 170 nonprofit children's hospitals.
